Mutari Chocolate makes small batches of craft chocolate in downtown Santa Cruz and is Monterey Bay’s only Bean to Cup producer of artisinal chocolate. At our factory in Santa Cruz we hand sort our beans, then roast to compliment the bean origin, and then grind the cacao down on stone wheels for 3-5 days. It takes 7-10 days to make one batch of chocolate, and the result is a healthy and tasty chocoalte experience. Our chocolate house and shop are open every weekend. Come down to visit and taste chocolate the way that it should be experienced!
