Bela says, “I love being in Nature and I love doing Art. For over five decades, art has been my exploration, and nature my constant muse. Inspired by its profound spectacle I strive to capture its myriad moods in different mediums. This retrospective is a collection of pen & ink drawings, watercolors, serigraph prints, etching prints, acrylic paintings and photography. My artistic journey started long back in India, in the solitude of my studio, where I created imaginary landscapes. Relocating to the breathtaking central coast of California in the mid-90s, opened a new chapter for me. I immersed myself in the region’s distinctive beauty and created works celebrating nature. I am delighted to share some glimpses of nature and invite you to explore these in my art. Hope they resonate and offer you a moment of connection. Welcome to my retrospective solo exhibition.”
