Megan Kellie is an artist, writer and director based in Santa Cruz and Chicago.
She approaches painting with a sense of play and likes to mix humor, expressiveness, and color all on a surface. Her artwork has been featured at the Sundance Film Festival, Chicago's Printer's Row Book Fair, and to help teach English in Taiwan. She designed and staged a Live Chess Battle at a Chicago elementary school, exponentially expanding their chess team.
Megan illustrated the book Someday a Bird Will Poop on You for Little Brown, and was a writer and actor on Showtime's Work in Progress. She has done improv forever, toured with the Second City, and can currently be seen doing standup in Santa Cruz, Monday nights at Rosie McCann's where she hosts The Bucketlist Show.
