Nathan Goldsmith was born in Nairobi, Kenya in 1988 and currently lives in Santa Cruz County, California. After obtaining his BFA in painting from the San Francisco Art Institute, he began his career as a professional artist and opened his first art gallery in Taos, New Mexico in 2012.

In 2014, Goldsmith returned to San Francisco where he owned and operated Naivasha Studio & Gallery for six years as a public gallery, open studio and private event space in the North Beach District.

Seeking solitude, Naivasha Gallery was closed in 2020 and the studio was relocated to a private space in Corralitos, CA.

Studio visits and private tours of his current inventory are available by appointment only.
