Please join us as we feature the work of Kelsey Cerdas of Inspire by Kelsey this First Friday! We'll be holding an artists reception between 4pm – 7pm with wine on the house! "Inspire By Kelsey" is a collection of modern fiber art by Santa Cruz, CA artist, Kelsey Cerdas. Kelsey is a self taught painter who began experimenting with fiber in 2009. Inspired by textiles from her travels to Central and South America, Kelsey came up with an idea to combine her love for painting with fiber. Kelsey’s unique designs are inspired by nature, travel, and design. She sources the highest quality wood, ethically sourced fiber to create a soft, textured canvas. Kelsey then “paints" her canvas by carefully hand dying each strand. The result is a stunning one of a kind piece of modern fiber wall art!
