Art of Santa Cruz is presenting the Gary Yakima Retrospective for a second First Friday!

Since many of you were not able to join us at the August First Friday, we are happy to announce that on Friday, September 6, 5pm-7pm, you can get a second chance. All of Gary Geyer's WALL Art will be 20% off the original price.

Gary Yakima Geyer was a dedicated full-time artist in Santa Cruz County for over 40 years. He exhibited and sold his work all over the world and developed an international following. Gary played a primary leadership role in transforming the formerly deserted Capitola Village into a thriving art colony in the early 1970s and later Cannery Row in Monterey. His last one-man show took place at the Art of Santa Cruz Gallery in 2019.

We are pleased to showcase his last works at Art of Santa Cruz, in the Capitola Mall. Many of his larger pieces have not been seen for many years. Because we are holding over the display for those who missed it, the wall pieces will be available at a 20% discount through the end of September 2024.
