The September Show is a continuation of the August group show featuring members of the Printmakers at the Tannery. The show's main theme is Gelli prints which were produced during a Gelli printing workshop given by Lu Lee at the PATT studio. Gelli printing is a form of monoprinting that uses flexible printing plates to create textures and layers of color. Other printing methods are shown as well. The participating artists are Sue Gilchrist, Bob Rocco, Jane Gregorius, Mary Neater, Ann Miya, AV Pike, Julie Erreca, Catharina Marlowe, Janis O'Driscoll, Cindy Haug, Lu Lee, Frank Trueba, and Andrée LeBourveau. We are also showing the work by visiting artists Susan Costes, Gretchan Werner, and Wendy Aikin, who attended the Gelli printing workshop. During the evening of First Friday there will be a demonstration of Gelli Printmaking by PATT members Lu Lee and Andrée LeBourveau.
