ABOUT THE ARTIST
Crystal Contreras (@theircolors) is a self-taught lino artist hosting a live printmaking station inspired by all things Santa Cruz. Originally born in Watsonville, their work stems from a newfound appreciation of life in Santa Cruz formed during the pandemic. One of their biggest influences has been the lively artist community and vibrant nature home to Santa Cruz. In their first solo art event, they hope to bring community engagement and excitement through live printmaking. This event is meant to bring active creativity to Santa Cruz and the Tannery Arts Center as a thank you for being part of their artist evolution.
Radius Gallery is located at the Tannery Arts Center.
