Aptos based artist, Sierra Evans, has been painting, illustrating and creating vibrant work since early childhood. Her professional career as a graphic designer, spanning over twenty years, has informed her creative voice and love of color, composition and typography. The majority of Sierra’s work is mixed-media on canvas, combining elements of realism with loose abstraction and expressive street art. She draws inspiration from the natural world while capturing the unique energy of animals and the delicate subtleties of botanicals in her signature, bright color palette.
