Alissa B. is unique handmade gemstone beaded jewelry, with many one-of-a-kind pieces that appeal to a wide variety of ages and styles. I use gemstones, Swarovski crystal, glass beads, and metals including Sterling Silver, Brass, and most recently pure hammered Copper. I particularly love to work with individuals to custom design jewelry that is unique to them. I also love to work with brides to design jewelry for both the brides and their bridesmaids. Alissa B. combines classic with fun, edge with elegance, and is forever evolving!

My strong mathematical background inspires many of my designs. I graduated from Lehigh University with a Masters degree in Business Management, and an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering. After leaving my corporate analytical job in New York in 2004, I relocated to San Francisco, and soon after moved to Santa Cruz where I began to transform my 15 year old hobby and passion into a small business.
