About Sarah Orre: “Local Landscapes” Acrylic Paintings – August & September 2025

Sarah is a local artist and painting instructor. She serves as the Education Director at the Santa Cruz Mountains Art Center and teaches adult and youth classes weekly. Sarah grew up in the San Lorenzo Valley and lives with her husband and three girls in Ben Lomond.

Inspired by Santa Cruz Mountain landscapes and her adorable children, there is endless inspiration to draw upon. From the gorgeous California coast to the majestic redwood forests, Sarah loves making custom artwork for friends and community members. Her artwork is vibrant in color and expression. Her passion for art comes through in her work, both in her paintings and in her enthusiasm for helping others learn and grow.

Sarah teaches “Oil and Acrylic Painting,” “Pastel Painting,” “Youth Studio Art,” and “Art After School” at San Lorenzo Valley Elementary and SLV Charter School.
